Acknowledging the devastating impact of global warming and shrinking natural resources to supply a fossil fuel-based industry, the world is looking for alternatives in a quest we call the energy transition. This comprehensive course dives into different aspects of energy transition and its impact on industry, ports and the supply chain. The course focuses on the increasing role of ports in decarbonization. The participants will gain the knowledge and skills to navigate the evolving landscape of clean energy in port and maritime environments, on both an Indian national level and in an international context.
The course is divided into 5 parts:
1) Understanding the Energy Transition
2) Climate Strategies in Energy Transition
3) Real-World Applications: Case Studies
4) Exploring Carbon Management Alternatives
5) Interactive Workshops and Activities

The course fee covers course material, airport pick-up / drop off, accommodation
( 5 nights in a twin sharing room) and all meals and beverages ( no GST included)
A single room can be provided at an additional cost of Rs 20 000 and is subject to availability
Please note that the registration fee must be received by JNPT-APEC in full; meaning all national and international taxes, bank costs etc. need to be covered by the participant.
Kindly take this into account when completing the transfer, as a deficit in the amount received by JNPT-APEC will mean admission to the course will be denied.
