Managing change and effective leadership

Change is a reality of life. Without change, there is no progress. Port professionals are continuously faced with change management.
During the seminar, a step-by-step approach towards innovation will be explained and the way of implementing innovation incrementally to the benefit the port and their customers. In addition, leadership types will be examined and personality types will be highlighted with the purpose of composing strong teams to work towards successful projects.

After the seminar, participants will have acquired the following skills and knowledge: how to detect areas that will benefit from innovation, composing and managing teams, improve interaction with peers, superiors and collaborators, manage projects in a better, effective and efficient way.

Course fees

The course fee is fixed at 100.000 Rupees per participant and includes course material, lunches, refreshments, coffee and tea during the breaks and the work visits. Participants of Indian Major ports may apply for a special scholarship for attending the courses.
